31 days: An original Wholefood breakfast

Five minutes is all it takes for this tasty and simple breakfast! If all the cooking you know is boiling water, this is the Wholefood breakfast for you.

:: Simple Soft Boiled Eggs::

1-2 Farm fresh eggs per person
water
pot
stove
sea salt to garnish

Using your smallest pot, cover eggs with cold water.  Cook over high heat 'til a rolling  boil begins.  Set your timer for 3 minutes. At the end of 3 minutes, remove pot from heat, carefully pour out hot water and add cold water to cover.  This stops the cooking and keeps the egg soft.  You could make a piece of your favorite soaked grain toast to go along with these beauties, but all alone they make a perfect meal.

Crack the top off, salt and enjoy!

Whoah I've definitely never tried this method... I have way too many eggs at home right now, so I'll need test this for myself!

Thank you, Lib! I love hard-boiled eggs and I love poached eggs--this sounds like the perfect in-between! :)
