31 days of Wholefood breakfast:: Pumpkin pie smoothie


Ahhh, a wholefood and filling breakfast in a glass.  This particular smoothie resulted from the lovely pumpkin leftovers from Day 5. It's packed with everything you need for a solid start to your day! 



::Pumpkin Pie Smoothie::
Makes 4 generous portions


2 cups plain yogurt or Kefir

1 1/2 frozen bananas
6 drops stevia: regular or vanilla
1/2 c pumpkin 
1 1/2 t Pumpkin pie spice, or to taste
1-2 T coconut oil
1/4 c chia seeds
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg on top


For this to be as quick as you think it is, Throw it all in a blender, without being too exact and let it go till all the frozen banana is fully incorporated. Pour it up relish all your extra gettin' out the door time!
