Mother's matter because without them there's no balance.
Without HER I wouldn't know right from wrong, time to work vs time to play, forgiveness from grudge holding, compassion vs. impatience or how to make a killer pan of cornbread.
Without her a lot of my journey, would be done in circles, instead of a straight line.
Mothers matter because no matter how old you are, you still want HER there laugh at your youngest's latest joke and need her encouragement when life is like a bad B-movie.
My mother matters because without HER a small piece of the Earth stops spinning: mine.
