So, before bedtime I turned my crockpot on low and literally threw in:
2 cups organic Brown rice
1 C. unsweetened organic coconut
1 can organic coconut milk
3 1/2 cups whole raw milk
1/2 cup xylitol (I should have used a cup)
1/4 c. Organic coconut oilStirred it up and went to bed. Slept an hour later than usual because making custom-order eggs wasn't on my to-do list. Woke up, took the top off and had time for my morning routine. So thankful for time to get my day off on the right foot. I will admit with that extra hour of sleep it had gotten a bit crispy around the edges, so I didn't feed the bains that part. Had to add a bit of honey, but breakfast was served!
With the main part of the meal made I didn't hesitate making my smoothie a bit bigger so they could all enjoy some too:
6 c plain kefir (farm life bonus!)
1 c frozen organic blueberries
1/2 c frozen organic mango4 frozen cubes of Berry Boost (I buy 1 big bottle and freeze it in ice trays just for smoothies)
So. Good. So Delicious it's hard to remember you're filling up on a beverage full of live cultures and if you add hemp seeds, it's plenty of lean protein to keep you going through lunch!
