RIP: Cash

One of the most difficult things about living in the country is how quickly pets can come and go.

We just got her on October 1st.  It didn't take long for her to become part of our family - running inside to sniff the pig bucket and lick up crumbs off the floor.  Jump on you just about any chance she got. She possessed the potential to be a long-term, loving family pet.  We were even doing the unheard of obediance classes.  She was a great running partner for me and companion for the boys.  She fit.

She died on Sunday night, after being hit by a car.

We're gonna miss you girl.

I am so very sorry! I grew up on a farm and we lost our fair share of animals on the road. It is something you never get used to.

Again, so very sorry!
